The following nurses had disciplinary action taken against their licenses through a Board order containing public information about the nurse’s disciplinary action. You can obtain information about these disciplinary actions from the Board’s website, www.bon.texas.gov, using the verification look-up under Licensure or under the disciplinary action section of Discipline & Complaints.
