The Texas Board of Nursing is holding a public hearing on Tuesday, July 3, 2012, 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., or until all comments are received, if earlier, at the William P. Hobby Building, 333 Guadalupe, Austin, Texas, 78701, Tower III, Room 100, to receive public comments on proposed amendments to 22 Texas Administrative Code section 213.23, Texas Register volume 37, pages 3661 through 3667. This hearing is designed to provide an opportunity for nurses and others to comment on the proposed amendments.
