Nursing Imposter:ROXANNE DENISE ANDERSON (BAILEY)

Roxanne Denise Anderson Bailey secured employment with a dialysis facility in Houston, Texas. On November 15, 2010, Roxanne Anderson misrepresented herself as a Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing and Technology (BONENT) Certified Hemodialysis Technician and as a Graduate Nurse. She submitted a certificate from the the BONENT which turned out to be fraudulent and she also presented paperwork from the Board of Nursing, including a Pearson Vue Authorization to Test and a Certificate of Completion of the Nursing Jurisprudence exam. On November 15, 2010, she began working as a GN. When she failed to produce her temporary license to practice as a GN, the facility searched the Board website and could not verify a license. On December 15, 2010, the facility contacted the Board office and confirmed that there was no permit issued to Ms. Anderson and the Authorization to Test was issued to another individual. Roxanne Denise Anderson, aka Roxanne Denise Anderson-Bailey was terminated effective December 20, 2010. The case was referred to the Houston Police Department.

Nursing Imposter:YOUSRA ILTAF KHAN

YOUSRA ILTAF KHAN

The Board received information that Yousra Iltaf Khan had obtained a license to practice nursing in Texas by fraud. On June 4, 2010, Yousra Iltaf Khan submitted an Application for Licensure by NCLEX-RN Examination to the Board which indicated that she graduated from Dutchess Community College. The Board has since received verification from Dutchess Community College, Poughkeepsie, New York that Yousra Iltaf Khan has never completed a nursing program and was not awarded an Associate Degree in Nursing as she indicated on the application. The case was referred to the Travis County District Attorney’s Office.
